4456: Skald can't be Tailors

Description

As a Skald I can't become a Tailor, I get the message: "You can't join our crafting guild, Please seek elsewhere for your training".
From http://camelot.allakhazam.com/db/skills.html?cskill=103 and http://www.gatecentral.com/daoc/doc/skills_l12.php Skalds should be able to. I have no other craftskill on the character

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a skald lvl 24
2. Try and join tailoring at Tailor master Eskil in Jordheim
3. Get the "no" message

Intended Behavior

Skalds should be able to become tailors together with BD,RM,Savage,SB,Hunter,SM.
