Killed a ton of Soot Harvesters and only received trash loot and at least 5 of each Shiny Fang (H2H weapon) and Refined Silver Necklace (BD neck). It is not completely conclusive that all loot is missing, but there should have been more variety by now.
1. Check loottable for Soot Harvester (there might be one for level 20 and one for level 22)
2. Adjust if necessary
3. Everybody is happy
According to the Atlas which does not include SI classes it should drop this:
