4470: Blodfelag henchman drops too low level items

Description

Blodfelag henchman in west svealand, which is a level 14 monster, drops a lvl 5 item.

Reproduction Steps

1. go to west svealand in midgard
2. kill blodfelag henchman until you get drops
3. consider if they are appropriate level against the monster you fought.

Intended Behavior

go through drop tables for blodfelag monsters and see if items are too low level
