4475: Task Turn In Not Working (Yes I Am Doing It Right)

Description

I was able to turn in tasks at my lower levels, but as soon as I got to Meg Mell I got this error. Id kill the thing, get the kill message for it, go to turn it in, and all it gives me is the 'you have ____ to complete this'. I got a screenshot, and ill try to attach it for you

Its a bug, because the task turn in wont let me turn in the task. I dunno how to fix it
