4502: [HIB] Cloaks of "Lost Relic"-Quest should be tradeable

Description

Cloak rewards of the hibernian "The Lost Relics" quest should be tradeable.

Also there should be no class restriction on them.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a lvl 45 char in Hib
2. do the "Lost Relic" quest
3. try to trade the cloak

Intended Behavior

All of those cloaks should be tradeable and wearable by all classes.

All cloaks can be found at http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=1796 including screenshots of the item info.
Non of them have a restriction on them (not even restriction for selling or droping).
