The arrow merchant at Brynach down from Drum Cain has arrows grayed out for Rangers and says the warning "you cannot use". You can still buy them and they work but the merch should not give that message and they should not be grayed out.
1. Take a Ranger to Brynach
2. Attempt to buy arrows from the arrow merch
3. Observ merch behavior
Arrows should be available for purchase from a Ranger with no Not Usable message.
