Caora is not spawning even at night for Connla's Well quest. I have been there for at least 5 nights now if indeed it is a night spawn, have swum down below, and have made a target macro. The named one is NOT spawning.
1. Spawn Caora at Connla's Well
2. Check the respawn rate on this mob

Just let the mob spawn....right now it is not spawning at all.
Go see for yourself...this is an Epic quest and is broken atm.
