Wood Ogre Menace quest should be available to all classes at level 20. My Paladin was able to pick it up from Langston Fall at level 20. My Minstrel friend is level 21 and does not have dialogue options or a yellow circle underneath.
1. Take Minstrel class to Langston Fall in Caer Ulfwych.
2. See if he gives quest as intended.
