I can't recharge the Shimmering Drakescale Bracer.
I've got 1104 Alchemy and I'm using the Liquid Arcanium Renewal.
1. Train to LGM Alchemy.
2. Use all charges of the Shimmering Drakescale Bracer.
3. Attempt to "combine" the bracer with the liquid arcanium renewal.
The bracer should be rechargeable using the liquid arcanium renewal and an appropriate skill of Alchemy.
The screenshot shows the problem with recharging the item.
