Similar to issue #2575
You still have to wait 3 sec before you are able to use a weapon style after using a charge with an instant cast time.
Using the health regen charge from the Leth-Bhreac Crios belt (from Sheeroe hills, Hibernia) triggers the 3 second delay. This is working as intended, as the charge has a 3 second cast time in the charge description.
Using the STR/CON charge from the Fairich Fristh Targaid Shield (also from Sheeroe hills, Hibernia) triggers the 3sec delay as well. This is NOT working as intended, as the charge has an instant cast time in the charge description.
Again, this is similar to issue #2575 that was resolved last year regarding the 1k alc instant use pots having the cooldown that defeated the purpose of them being instant in the first place.
1. Equip item with charges that show a cast time in the charge description
2. Equip item with charges that show an instant cast time in the charge description
3. Attempt to use the charges immediately before or after using a weapon style or casting a spell.
Item charges with instant cast times should be usable in combat similar to instant healing pots from alchemy.
The items with charges previously mentioned are common drops in the game, simply delving them shows the cast time difference in their respective descriptions. Despite the difference they have the identical 3second cooldown delays.
Either one isn't working correctly or the delve on the shield is incorrect.
