4546: Randomly Porting Wrong ( get ported to last Bindpoint)

Description

I've had following happen quite a few times:

I'd buy a Hib/Albland Necklace in Svasud, stand on the pad, and get ported to my last bindpoint.

This also happens sometimes while releasing when clicking on the Relese House button.

Following message shows up: You went out of zone! Ported you back to your last bindpoint.

Reproduction Steps

1. To be honest, I haven't figured out how to reproduce it.. if anyone has please feel free to comment.
2. Buy tons of Port necklaces. Port tons and eventually
3. see yourself getting ported wrong

Intended Behavior

Please check what causes the Problem. Porting / Releasing to house should work properly.
