4549: Farmer's Glove(Albion)salvage requires to high skill salvage

Description

I cant salvage Farmer's Glove with skill 217 in Leatherwork (AF 6 ~ level 3)
But i can salvage Pilfered Leather Leggings with skill 217 in Leatherwork (AF 14 ~ level 7)
And Gloves, Boots should require lowest skill and Chestpiece and Arms the highest and Legs and Helmet should be in the midrange.

Reproduction Steps

1. Get an Farmer's Glove (level 3 item)
2. Try salvage it with skill 217 in leatherwork/tailoring/clothwork
3. Try again with another item level 7+ (leather item)

Intended Behavior

Reduce the required skill to salvage it to around skill 125.

Evidence

I salvaged it now more then 300 times on diffrent patch states even 1,65 and it never required more skill then any other item of that level.
