I finished the Caledonia Keep Caputre Quest by participating in a Caledonia Keep capture and getting to RR 3L4 before reaching lvl 48.
I went to Commander Kise in Camelot to turn in the quest and he gave me a Caledonia Medal of Honor to give to Sir Dinairak.
When I did give the Medal to Sir Dinairak the Quest closed and Medal was gone, but nothing happend
1. Take a lvl 47 character
2. Go to Commander Kise to get the Caledonia Keep Capture Quest
3. Take Caledonia Keep and get RR 3L4
4. Go back to Commander Kise to get the Caledonia Medal of Honor
5. Got to Sir Dinairak and hand him the Medal
6. Hopfully see the described behavour not getting any reward
The quest should reward something.
Found a similar issu (#2481), that the Caledonia Keep Capture quest does reward enough XP, but that was before the last battle ground chances:
