i cannot repair or have my Jnessi's staff of bones repaired by a smith, when i drop it on him, it does do/say anything...the stats on the staff don't change, it remains at 86% Condition. Gnome came to an appeal and checked the item, he said he was at a loss, and told me to make a bug request. he tried to repair it i think, it didnt do anything.
it cannot even be put in trade window to have someone else repair it
1. Have the staff at a lower condition than 100% i presume.
2. try to have it repair by a smith or a friend (but cannot be put in trade window so its problematic there also)
3.
have the staff repairable by a smith, a friend, or the player himself
