If a Minstrel begins mezzing a target, but then turns and runs out of range, the mezz will instantly apply when the Minstrel goes back into range of the initial target.
1. Create a Minstrel with a flute and the mezz ability.
2. Engage somebody in RvR and start playing your flute mezz.
3. Run back and away from the target.
4. Do nothing else for a bit.
5. Run back to the target and don't do anything.
6. The mezz is instantly applied to the target once the Minstrel comes back in range.
This is being heavily abused by some Minstrels currently.
Don't know the mechanics behind the issue so I can't tell you how to fix it.
But if it works like a song, then make the game cancel the song once the initial cast has finished, and the target is not in range, or in LOS.
Should be pretty self-explanatory that the "song mezz" should not land on a target if the Minstrel is both not in range, or facing the target, when the song animation finishes. And it should definitely not instantly land once the Minstrel goes back in range, seconds after the song animation has ended.
