Recipe for heartwood reinforced kite shield skill level 495 does not show when crafter skill is 480.

1.create character on Midgard
2. level weapon crafting to 480ish
3. look at weapon crafting list of available items. the tower and round shield are present showing skill level 495 but the kite shield is greyed out and not available. all shields of the same character level are the same crafting skill level
make the recipe available at the proper skill level
