Casting the +9% abs buff on abomination pet that has constitution buffs applied will result in an ABS value of 9% only instead of adding to current abs value.
1. Cast abomination pet with no buffs and have a yellow enemy attack it and record damage.
2. Now cast con buff and str/con buff onto pet (both cons should increase significantly) now have the same yellow enemy attack your pet and record damage.
3. Now cast the Red +9% ABS onto your pet and have the same enemy attack your pet and record the damage.
4. Compare the damage between the 3 attacks and confirm that the attacks from the 3rd step have a lower absorb value than attacks in the second step.
ABS=(con buff value * x)+(necro abs buff value)
X = whatever formula is used to determine ConBuff(on pet) to abs.
I'm pretty sure a buff that is supposed to increase a value should not decrease the value...I've been wrong before.
