Description

Smite Cleric RA Wild Power is missing
so smite cleric can't do crit damage

Reproduction Steps

1. log in a cleric
2. look for the RAs
3. no Wild Power RA

Intended Behavior

you could simply implement the RA Wild Power for clerics

Evidence

There simply is no Wild Power Critical % RA for the cleric which renders the smite cleric pretty useless.
