At the 4th step of the quest.
The quest log say : Have to found Milten at Huginfel. But there is no NPC named Milten in the City.
1. Make the prequel quest of Silent Death.
2. Launch the quest and kill Njessi.
3. Give back the Njessi's head to Bork in Huginfel.
Probably givre the good name for the NPCs (enchanter) and check if the smith NPC's name is good too.
