The item cannot be salvaged even it is a normal drop

Reproduction Steps

1. Obtain a pair of Cursed Malcontent's Pants (from Bean-Nighes in Lyonesse)
2. Try to salvage the Pants
3. It says "Attempting to salvage your Cursed Malcontent's Pants"
You cannot salvage this item

Intended Behavior

Make the Cursed Malcontent's Pants salvagable.
