Exp Loot: Onyg in CS does not accept Cyhraeth Cloak

Reproduction Steps

1. Kill Cyhraeth in pennine mountain to get Cyhraeth Cloak.
2. Delve the cloak and follow instructions.
3. Onyg in CS does not accept Cyhraeth Cloak or give exp.
