I have a str/con debuff on my buckler. I swap to it from my inventory and attempt to use the debuff. Instead of it correctly using the debuff it instead attempts to "use" my rapier that was previously in my off hand. I then need to click the shield again while its already equiped and re place it back in my off hand. This then allows me to use the debuff. I imagine it works similar for all charges.
1. have a buckler with a debuff charge on it in your inventory
2. have a weapon equiped in main hand and off hand
3. swap your buckler from your inventory into your off hand
4. attempt to use the debuff on an enemy
5. Notice the combat log attempting to use your weapon that is now in your inventory.
6. Replace the buckler in your offhand back into your offhand.
7. Use your buckler charge on an enemy and should now be able to.
If I am not mistaken when I equip my shield from my bag I should it should allow me to "use" the charge without having to click it again and replace it in my offhand after it is already equiped
Attempting to use an item from your inventory that doesn't have the debuff charge on it is not working as intended.
