I was testing out the enchanter buff "Insidious Will" and found that it does indeed reduce resists but as far as I can tell there is no damage increase, at least nothing noticeable, I tested out using an underhill companion pet and attacked gray, green and blue mobs and damage didn't seem to increase at all.
1. Find a gray, green or blue mob
2. have caster pet nuke it
3. cast beguiling or insidious will
4. notice no damage increase
on zam it says: Buff (Piercing Magic) - Effectiveness of the target's spells is increased. Against higher level opponents than the target, this should reduce the chance of a full resist. If used against lower level opponents, damage done will go up.
so, in theory, it should increase pet spell damage by the corresponding buff, 15% for beguiling will and 40% for insidious will.
