Battlegroup passwords do not lock the battlegroup.
1. Create a battlegroup
2. /bg password lock
3. Have somebody attempt to join your bg without typing the password, and they will successfully join.
Setting a password on the battlegroup should prohibit people without the password from being able to join.
Just tested with multiple alliance members, even though I had set a password, people were able to join the battlegroup with no issues.
