The Enchanter realm ability Brilliant Aura of Deflection is currently just a damage reduction.
It should also reduce CC, disease, NS, and debuff duration.
On live it still reduces disease, NS, and debuff duration as a secondary resist.
I summed up my Pendragon test in the following spread sheet:

In the pendragon patch note 1.70z it is mentioned, that NEW RAs removed the reduction on CC.
"- Realm abilities (such as Avoidance of Magic) no longer reduce the duration of crowd control spells (snare, stun, and mesmerize)."

1. spec Brilliant Aura of Deflection
2. get CCed, NSed, diseased, or debuffed
3. see that the duration does not change
Brilliant Aura of Deflection should reduce CC, disease, NS, and debuff duration as a secondary resist.
