Spell "Bolstering Gust (minor)" level 5 and "Bolstering Gust" level 9, are displaying the same percentage bonus to Combat Speed of 3%.
No change after reloging.
1. Level a theurgist to rank 5.
2. Level a theurgist to rank 9.
3. Compare the tooltips.
If the buff "Bolstering Gust" really is giving the same combat speed percentage of 3%, it should be changed and the tooltip updated to reflect the change.
It's obvious the two spells mentioned shouldn't have the same Bonus %.
