Obtained the item Thick White Pelt which is an XP item that can be turned in to Asdis for a reward. Asdis does not want the item and there is no description when delved.

After looking up older information on forums and what I could dig up from memory Asdis used to offer 1 of 3 rewards for the item.. either a gem that sold for coin, an amount of XP, or I believe it was coins. Thanks for your time and attention on this matter!
After looking up the information on old forum posts that had information on old kill tasks like these it was shown that this indeed a thing at this patch level I believe. Also the text for the drop is unique to show that it was meant to be special apart from the other merchant loot you would normally get from the monsters.
