have to kill mob calles Ulfgar in Yggdra, went to loc 8/32 and talisman started to glow as intended but no questmob. i killed the 2 fenrir tracker that were around over and over and some of the shard golems standing near by. waited for approx. 1h real time and still no mob spawn
there were other issues that quest was completed but item didnt disapear so maybe mob will just respawn after GM check
1. accept the quest Price of Excellence
2. follow the steps untill u have to kill "Ulfgar"
3. go to loc 8/32 in Yggdra where the talisman starts to glow
quest cant be completed without Ulfgar being killed
