The level 18 Druid Medicine quest from Landon Huntington at the south Salisbury Plains guard tower doesn't work properly. The druid Seer is supposed to clone in at a grove of trees at approx. 30k, 48k. I remember it was a spawn for a certain time so I checked back every couple game hours. He never spawned. There are lower level Druid Seers in Camp Forest, but these do not satisfy the quest. This quest worked during beta, but has not worked since the game went active. After all of these months it still has not been reported or hasn't been addressed.
1. Start the quest
2. Wait by the trees in question
3. See if the Druid Seer will clone in for him/her
Reactivate the mob so that it will clone in properly.
When the game went live I tried to do this quest on several toons, as it had a nice reward in xp and I was running in the area anyways. I have camped the forest patch several times and the Druid Seer has never cloned in.
