Lvl 37 enemy player cons yelow to me as lvl 50 in RvR and that is not normal.. lvl 36 cons green ...
1. go rvr with lvl 50 and meet a lvl 37 enemy

From my knowledge until lvl 35 players con to 50 should be grey .
lvl 36 to 40 should con green
lvl 41 to 45 should con blue
lvl 46+ should con yelow only.
The fact that lvl 36 is green and lvl 37 is yelow to a lvl 50 enemy player tells that something is wrong , i explained at the begining how the con should be towards a lvl 50 from what i remember and what most players can agree with .
