The quest "Letter to Sveck" seems to be not implemented. It should be given from the trainers in Vasudheim at lvl 3.
1. Create a char at lvl 3.
2. Speak to your trainer in Vasudheim.
3. See that the quest is not implemented.
Quest should be given to all classes from their trainers in Vasudheim from lvl 3-5.
