Aegan in Mularn doesn't give the quest "Learn the Hunt" at level 1.
Surprisingly, the quest is given at at later level - but cannot be finished because the mob are gray and dont drop anything. So probably the level is just wrong.
1. Create a char at level 1 in mularn, e.g. dwarf viking.
2. Talk to Aegan
3. See that he doesn't give a quest.
Aegan has a dialog to talk with - but doesnt give a quest.
Aegan should give the quest at lvl 1, and according to the source - ONLY at level 1.
