Drop vanishes when leaving Marfach
Drop was Prismatic Opal Ring
1. Kill Avartack the Champ.
2. Wait for Prismatic Opal Ring to drop.
3. Leave dungeon, ring will vanish from inventory.
Ring should remain in inventory.
Not sure if the ring drop there is correctly.
I remembered the ring to drop at Chieftain.
Three People from Group got the drop; each ring vanished from inventory when leaving the dungeon.
