4677: No activation email Forum account. File not found on Forum.

Description

No activation email received for Forum account (rdg). Also, cannot access any Forum section as it says File not found.

Reproduction Steps

1. Register an account and see if activation email received
2. Click on any section of Forum.
3.

Intended Behavior

Please, send me activation email so I can log in to the Forum. Also, not sure if the File not found issue is related to not being able to login. Thanks.
