I have'nt played for 6 months maybe. I logg in my account (which im 100% sure thats the good account adress), i start the launcher and then i'am in the realm selection menu. No sign of my characters. I checked the herald and they are not deleted. how can i get back them pls ?
I had 2 main characters: Solange (necro 41-42) and Jacques ( 24 infiltrator)
1.logg in with account adress
2.lauch the game
3. no sign of characters created
