4696: Quest Krrrck's Torment has wrong level

Description

I didnt get the quest Krrrck's Torment as a lvl 25 Healer, in Vasudheim, NPC Arnleif. Other players said, that the quest was doable as lvl 38 Skald.

Here (http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=134) I found this:
"Per Patch 1.76:
- Krrrck's Torment - This quest's minimum level has been raised to 32. Bonedancers and Warlocks have been added to the list of classes that can start this quest."

And here you can see that the minlvl before was 22:

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a lvl 22 char in Midgard
2. Port to Vasudheim, NPC Arnleif
3. See that you dont get the quest.
