You cannot turn in the quest given to you in Cotswold to Pompin the Crier. He won't take the letter and clicking on him isn't doing anything. Confirmed issue with a few other members in the game as well.
1. Create Elementalist Briton character
2. Accept quest from Trainer
3. Attempt to turn in quest
Not sure how you fix a bugged quest. Make it so that I can click on him to turn it in? Or hand it to him and he will take it?
Do not have "proof" but I was able to confirm in game with a few others that the quest cannot be turned in at this time.
