When releasing after death the speedsong for a Skald/speedbuff for a healer doesn't work in the housing zone for a minute or so. You can cast it but you don't get any faster.
No Idea if the other realms have the same issue.
1. Die
2. /release house
3. turn on speed and move around
Speed should be up when being casted. Worked perfectly for a long time, doesn't now.
Speed worked perfectly fine till like a week ago.
