Items which previously salvaged for 5/10/15 Arcanite bars now salvage for 5/10/15 Diamond bars, which is not in line with salvage values for items of this level.
1. Go to Sheeroe Hills, obtain a scale hauberk drop from a warshade.
2. Salvage item, obtain 15 Diamond Bars.
3. Shed in-game tears as you realize you just lost about 117G on the mistake.
If you say there were no tier 9/10 drops at this patch level, ok., but I am quite sure that these items did not salvage for values consistent with similar green-con items. I believe every item downgraded to tier 8 salvage is returning the wrong value.
You have only to look at salvage values for same level items whose value was not downgraded to notice that there is a glaring inconsistency here.
