In step 5 of "Lost Townsfolk of Brani Llyr" quest when you speak with Enan. If you trust him and ask him to show you. He casts the teleport spell but nothing happens and he will then say outloud "Something went wrong! Please contact the masters of this world so they may rescue me!".
1. Complete step 4 of the "Lost Townsfolk of Brani Llyr" quest
2. Speak with Enan
3. Select the option for him to show you where the townsfolk are
He is suppose to send you to the Coruscating Mines.
