I purchased The Staff of Enhancements (one of the friar 40th level epic staves)
Stats: Enhance 3, Staff 4, Quick 15, DD Proc 77

I completed the 40th epic and chose the Staff of Rejuvenation
Stats: Rejuve 3, Staff 4, Quick 4 (should be 15 in quick)

Reproduction Steps

1. Do the 40th epic for Friar
2. Delve the staff of Rejuve
3.

Intended Behavior

Staff of Rejuvenation's quick stat bonus should be raised to +15

Evidence

Makes sense that the 2 choices of Friar staff for the 40th epic would have similar stats.
