For the quest "Tric's Lost List" I went to the normal location at the fork in the road outside of Vasudheim and noticed that only Scrip is spawning without Gib. After slaying Scrip and the other littler water goblins for about 30 minutes, I have concluded there must be an issue with the Gib spawn. This prevents the ability to get the quest item required to finish the "Tric's Lost List" quest.
1. Reach level 4
2. Speak to Tric in Vasudheim to get the quest
3. Hunt down Gib and slay him for the quest item outside Vasudheim at the fork in the road.
The spawn is having an issue, Scrip and Gib should be spawning together. Only Scrip is spawning alone.
