4727: Prove Kobold Helen's Innocence quest - Kobold Dirge no spawn

Description

I am doing the Prove Kobold Helen's Innocence quest. Level 11 epic for Midgard Spiritmaster.

I have talked to Kobold Helen and been told to go and kill her twin. IE: The Kobold Dirge.

I have searched the various locations in Myrkwood at night multiple times and seen no sign of him. I think there may be something wrong with the spawn.

Reproduction Steps

1. Receive Prove Kobold Helen's Innocence quest from Spiritmaster trainer NPC in Fort Atla.
2. Follow questline until you meet Kobold Helen and she tells you to go retrieve something from her evil twin to prove her innocence.
3. Run south of Myrkwood/gotar border guard tower and search the surrounding areas. Then fail to find the Kobold Dirge.

Intended Behavior

Refresh or check on status of Kobold Dirge spawn status and investigate why it has not spawned. Or fix it in in whatever way you deem fit as I have a very limited knowledge of Coding lol.

Evidence

The only evidence I have is that I have searched multiple times at the right spots and the right time and failed to find the Kobold Dirge. I doubt any screenshot would help as it would simply show that there is no monster to be seen.
