Unable to continue with quest when told to speak to Rolney. I went to him and /s Straw's in town. But he does not respond and the quest text does not advance.
1. Pickup quest
2. Do step 1
3. Go to Rolney and attempt to advance quest by saying "Straw's in Town."
Either allow the Say text to be read by the system and update the quest or have the NPC recognize the quest and step you are on and display text and allow a click on text advance to get to Step 3.
