4750: War Concluded Hunter Epic step 11

Description

War Concluded step 11 says " Read the contents of the scroll to Masrim

I tried putting scroll on hot bar
I tried giving Masrim the scroll
I tried /say the scrolls wording

All these while I had her highlited but she will not recognise that I have read the scroll to her

1. Try to read the scroll to Masrim with the things ive tried above

Intended Behavior

Have the quest update ojnce you get her to recognise the scroll has been read to her
