Hib tailor master is giving tasks for plain robes which are Alb recipes and therefore impossible in Hibernia.
Hib WC master is giving tasks for ferrite winding cranks which require ~80-100 more skill points to unlock, also tasks for steel winding cranks which are above unlock level and require a material not sold in Hibernia.
1. Have lower level crafter request tasks from master, rinse & repeat, it will happen. So far on two different characters, plain robe tasks on 3 different material levels. So far weaponcrafter has received impossible winding crank task multiple times.
2. Perhaps it would be faster to check the array tables for incorrect item entries.

Correct code to remove impossible recipes. Correct code to do proper level check on siege recipes. Correct code to remove materials not realm relevant.
Hib crafters do not have recipes for plain robes or steel winding cranks so it is either a bug or an intentional attempt to discourage Hibernian crafters attempting to craft task by creating a situation requiring two hours unproductive game time or a suicide to overcome.
