0478: List of Denial (Epic 11 cleric) can't be completed in group

Description

In the List of Denial Epic Quest (Pal/Cleric lvl 11), I can't validate the step where you have to kill guards in group (I was lvl 11 and 15).
I tried to make the last hit on mobs but it doesn't change anything.

I came back later (lvl 21) and did it solo and got the item from mobs.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make a group and kill guards near CS.
2. Disband and do it solo
3.

Intended Behavior

This quest should be done in group at lvl 11 without having to make the kill.
