Description

During uthgard installation, tex170.mpk error is occured.
OS : windows 10
pre-installation is done : Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 / Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 for x86

Reproduction Steps

1. Install DAoC
2. Install .net and Redistributable patch
3. Install uthgard (error is occured)

Intended Behavior

I dont know how to fix this bug. i hope the uthgard developer can fix this bug.
