4789: [Alb] Prismatic Mail Gloves cannot be salvage

Description

Prismatic Chain Gloves (alb) from Chieftain Caimheul in Marfach can't be salvage
Was same issue on Shield too but it seem you recently correc the shield and forget the glove

Reproduction Steps

1. drop item
2. attempt salvage
3. read you can't.

Intended Behavior

enable salvage on this glove
and i write anything to have 50 char

Evidence

It's a drop as all drop it should be salvagable. right ?
