Cliff Dwellers in Cliff of Moher should be aggressive. They are not.
1. Make a lvl 40 character (as Cliff Dwellers are about that lvl)
2. Got to Cliff Dweller camp and stand in middle
3. Observe that they do not act aggressive, even though it states that they are aggressive to you.
Make them aggressive, Cliff Dwellers should aggro any player in their range.
Cliff Dwellers show as aggressive when clicked on. They do not attack as intended
